The ideal design of the screw conveyor should include 5 mm thick flight and its diameter needs to be 300 mm. Both of the end parts of its screw should be surrounded by NTN plumber bearing. The bin part of this conveyor needs to be driven by geared motor with 5 HP working capacity and it should be designed with Galaxy chain sprocket and duplex chain.
